Don Zimmer is having a great season so far. He hit his seventh homerun, good for third place in the homerun derby, in the Brooks 17 inning win over first place Milwaukee 7-6. "Zim" had three rbi and his average is at a solid .261. The metal plate in his head doesn't seem to be affecting his power.
