Frank Robinson is leading all National League hitters with a .417 average through games of May 31st. He is second in homeruns with 13 and has driven in 30 runs. He has 122 total bases which also leads the league. On the short end of the batting stick is Bobby Del Greco. Bobby in 19 games got 40 at bats for the Chicago Cubs and managed only 2 hits. He did walk ten times, but adding to his hitting woes, he struck out 17. By the way, both of Bobby's hits were singles. Don Drysdale is the leading pitcher with more then 30 innings of work. Big Don has worked 58 innings and allowed only 38 hits for a 1.55 ERA. His great pitching has earned him a 6 and 0 record for the Brooklyn Dodgers Posted by Picasa
