George Crowe had a real big night for the Redlegs, however his team fell two runs short of red hot Phillies, who banged out 17 hits and 8 runs. Big George had a shot at four homeruns, but his double on his third at bat just missed getting out. He did have 4 rbi and his three homeruns give him sole possession of 2nd place on the homer chart...one behind teammate Frank Robinson. Frank has a season high 16 game hitting streak going as he continues to lead the league in hitting at .457.
