Warren Spahn has started 6 games so far this season and has completed all of his starts. His record is now 4 and 2 and that is the most wins by any pitcher in the league. His era was lowered to 2.55 in the latest 5-2 win over the St. Louis Cardinals. The win, along with the Cubs win over the Redlegs jumped the Braves back into first place by themselves, one game in front of the Redlegs and a game and a half over the Phillies, who are in third place.
