Games of Tuesday, August 6th, 1957

Of the four games played on Tuesday, three were shutouts. All three pitchers, Bob Rush, Hal Jeffcoat, and Ron Kline are having great seasons for their respective teams and they continued their glorious pitching throwing "goose eggs". Bob Rush had
a real fine game tossing a two hitter at the Cardianls for his 8th win of the season. Big Bob notched all of six games for the Cubs in 1957.
